the Vessel. by lois is a womenswear collection that was launched in Spring 2010 by Jamaican-born Lois Samuels.

The collections present a clean, simple slate of basics which she believes is the foundation of what fashion should represent. It draws inspiration from traditional menswear and the utilitarian lines of the uniform, creating a blend of streamlined comfort and feminine ease.

The Collection has received attention from WWD, The New York Times, Elle, Vogue Italia and will be featured in an upcoming issue of Vogue.
